1. How does our company operate? We are a company offering our services on the basis of outsourcing. We render services commissioned to us on the basis of orders placed on our webpage. A detailed description of our operations can be found in the bookmark: how it works? 2. What is lead time? Lead time depends on the project difficulty. Lead time may, however, be extended if the project completion so requires. There are five groups of service completion depending on the time required: a. 3 to 20 days: Corporate identity, Label design, Photography edition b. 5 to 30 days: Newspaper ad design, Bilboard/Poster, Internet Banners, Powerpoint Presentations, Flash banners c. 8 to 45 days: Greeting cards, Brochure/Folder, EU Projects, Website design d. 12 to 75 days: Infomercial, Advertising concept, Marketing Plan, Business Plan, Commercial scenario e. 15 to 120 days: Data entire, Flash websites, Webshop. 3. What are the forms of payment for the service? Our company offers you the following forms of payment for services: a payment via PayPal system, a payment made via platnosci.pl system. In these two systems payments can be made by a credit card, or via a paypal account. 4. When is the payment for the services made? We collect the payment after the completion of a service. The Client receives a payment order for the service and once it has been paid for, the Client becomes the owner of the service provided and receives an invoice for the service. 5. Can the prices quoted at the moment of placing of an order change in the course of service performance? No. The prices quoted at the time of placing of an order are final prices. 6. Can Conasco withdraw from the delivery of a service ordered by the Client? Yes, in case of a service which is to include pornographic or Nazi contents, which would incite racial, religious or national hatred or which would be contrary to commonly accepted social and ethical standards. 7. Is it possible to resign from a service ordered in Conasco portal? The Service Provider and the Client may withdraw from the agreement within 7 days of the agreement conclusion without stating the reasons for it. 8. Is it possible to order several services at one time? Yes. Following the acceptance of the first service, the client may choose an option of the next order selection and the Client may do so many times. 9. Can the services in Conasco portal be ordered by an individual who does not have a company? An individual not conducting an economic activity may order services in the portal on the same conditions as other entities. 10. Are the personal data given for the purposes of registration and the issuing of an invoice safe? All the data given in the course of registration are protected by Conasco in data bases that are protected against access by third parties. 11. Can files be delivered for a better execution of the commissioned project? Yes, currently it is possible to send files by email to Conasco address and directly in the system by attaching them to the order. 12. In what file formats are the completed services delivered? Currently Conasco accepts most file formats, except graphic, text, spreadsheet, programming languages files. Conasco does not accept files in zip, rar or exe formats, and in other formats that cause self-opening or that can constitute a danger to the system. 13. Why is Conasco logo visible or why is not all of the completed project visible in the preview? This is a protection of the completed service from having it used without first executing a payment for it. The protection disappears, or the project is displayed in full once the payment is executed by the Client. 14. Can the order be modified after it has been placed? Yes. It is possible at every stage of work over the project. However, such modification may involve a change of price if after its implementation the service ordered does not correspond to the service modified. 15. Is it possible to consult Conasco portal in order to discuss the service ordered? Yes. To do that, the Client needs to enter Skype, MSN and telephone numbers.
